Processing Time:
We aim to process all orders within 7 business days of purchase. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applied to all orders within India. This fee will be shown during checkout.

Quality & Accuracy:
Before shipping, we conduct a video confirmation of your product to ensure it matches your order and is in perfect condition. The video will be shared with you to provide peace of mind regarding the quality of your purchase.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp to keep you updated on its journey to your doorstep.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:
We accept returns within 1 day of receiving your order.

Eligibility:
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Return Process:

Refunds

Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund status (approval or rejection).

Approval:
Approved refunds will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
